A buyer leaves me negative feedback and calls me dishonest. If I reply to their feedback can they respond again? This person is very rude & do not want to give them another opportunity to try to slander me which they already did on feedback and through messaging. Their item was lost in the mail by the post office; I refunded the buyer promptly, but that wasn't good enough as they called me lazy (for not trying to track it down myself) and a liar as if i never even dropped it off. It was like jumping through hoops to try to get this removed and ebay did not remove it for me. This person was very difficult to deal with, very rude and just will not revise. So shocking that they are not more understanding also being a fellow ebay reseller. Trying to decide the best way to handle as I feel this feedback affects my reputation as a seller
