i had a buyer returned a vase to me. It arrived damaged. I am suspicious of it being damaged before It went into the box. I contacted Ebay to report the damage. They didn't care. The buyer did not get extra insurance. I explained that to ebay. Again no concern. Then they forced me to give a full refund and told me good luck and thank you for supporting ebay. Now i am out of 100's of dollars. Is there anything I can do?
