How to give free shipping on active listing

I have a buyer who wants me to offer free shipping. How can I change this for an active listing

Go to Seller Hub > Listings > Active

Locate the listing, click EDIT, scroll down to the Domestic Shipping section and place a check mark in the box for Free Shipping.
