How to get the refund

Hello, Everyone, 

I bought my item graphic card a few days ago and it arrived today .But it doesn't fit my computer. I contacted the seller but he closed the return message box.

I wonder if someone can let me know how to get my money back from the seller.

You might have to resell it yourself if the seller declined your "Doesn't fit" request.
