I bought something and wanted to leave feedback. When I clicked on that option, it gave me a "We can't find this transaction. Please check your purchases to give feedback" error. This IS something I bought and received.
When I went to the "Help Center," there is NO option to get help with leaving feedback, and (surprise) the "chat bot" is worthless. I esp. love how after going through multiple clicks and pages in the help center and finally ending up here:

I get:
"Thanks for the feedback!
We're sorry this article was not helpful. If you would like to contact us we would be happy to help you."
But THEY DON'T GIVE A LINK OR TELL ME HOW TO CONTACT THEM.
