My name on my shipping labels is coming out in lower case for my first and last name. I use Ebay shipping via USPS. I have asked Ebay how to fix this and they do not know. Any help would be so appreciated.

Are you talking about your return address?
Is the case correct on all your ebay profile and addresses?
