How to get help?

Any idea how to get on hold someone (person) from eBay.

I did purchase the item  over $700 and of course it has not arrived, its been 25 days since the order.

I purchased as a quest.  eBay system does not show the purchase but I have all confirmation emails , purchase tickets, sellers name but , jeeez  it is so frustrating to deal with this website they have and pretty much impossible to get any help at all.

Has anybody experienced the similar issue, if yes any good suggestion how to deal with or where to start?

You cannot use your Ebay account to look at details of your purchase as a guest.

Log out of your Ebay account and follow these instructions:

Here's what to do:

1. Find your order confirmation email. The subject line starts with "Order Confirmed".
2. Select View order details in the body of the email.
3. Select Contact seller.
4. Select I haven't received my item yet.
5. Choose No, I want to contact the seller.
6. Fill in the details and then hit Submit.

If the seller does not respond after 3 business days, you can ask Ebay to step in to help you:

• From your order confirmation email, go to View order details, then select Resolutions
• OR
• From the email you received when you opened the request, go to See request details

From the request details, simply select Ask eBay to step in and help.
