How to get ebay customer service to call you back?!

Yesterday I was able use 

https://www.ebay.com/help/callme_click to enter my phone number to have eBay Customer service to call me back. Today the link is behaving differently and I no longer able to enter my phone number to have them call me back.  Anyone know how I can do this again?
