I received an eBay gift card for my birthday in May. I am older have pretty everything I need so I rarely buy anything but was going to buy a pair shoes that is on sale today, 8/26/2024. I scraped the code on this same August date and entered including the spaces which the site did not recognize the code. Then I entered the code without the spaces. eBay says it had zero balance. It was supposed to have $100. I would prefer not to involve the gift-giver in getting this credit. Does any body have in secrets to getting to someone at eBay on the phone? Or has this happened to anyone else and were you able to get the credit?
