I have sold an item then the buyer tried to cancel and I explained that I couldn't give him a full refund and he decided to take a partial one. Then he decided to buy the item in full and wanted me ship it to him. After words he said that he would give me back the partial refund that I sent him after he had checked the item. That was six days ago and it arrived six days ago. He hasn't responded to my messages through eBay or through text.
