I purchased a JBL subwoofer that arrived busted up. The seller slow walked accepting a return, but did accept, however they will not provide a shipping label. I've been through most of the Help sections to print a shipping label, I just don't see the option to print one. I've looked unsuccessfully for a way to contact eBay. Is there a way to call them?

The seller has 3 business days to provide a prepaid return shipping label or else refund. If he does neither, go back to the case on day 4 and use the option to ask eBay to step in. They will force the refund.

If the case has been open 4 days, return to the case and see if you can ask Ebay to step in.
