How to get 1099-K with a deleted Ebay account

I was sent a 1099-K form but I lost it and need another one. I previously was a seller with Ebay but I have now deleted the account. Everytime I try to reaccess the account to use the function my ebay or seller it doesn't recognize it. What is another way to get a physical copy of 1099-K sent out? I tried the self service, FAQ, and called in but it loops me back to the ebay.com/help link and unable to reach out to an actual person.
