Hi. I need help with shipping my item. My buyer paid for shipping but we had issues at the post office with the label. It would not print at all. I requested a q r code that also didn't work. So I ended up going to my local postal annex and just shipped the package on my own one day delivery. My question.
Is how do I update it on eBay and to get my money back?Since ebay charged me for shipping but it didn't work. Thank you
