How to dispute a "non returnable" item that was misrepresented?

Hi!
I recently made a purchase that was very misrepresented. I have sent them a message through eBay and not heard back yet. The seller does not accept returns.
After scouring for a bit I can't for the life of me find where/how to dispute the purchase to hopefully return the item and get a refund.
What is the process for recourse here and how can I pursue this?

Not applicable

It does not matter what the seller's return policy is if the item is not as described.  Open  Return Request from the item on your Purchase History.   Seller is responsible for return shipping.

  • Go to your Purchase History, find the item, and under “More actions” click on “Return item” and select the reason for the return.
  • The seller will have 3 days to either accept the return and provide a prepaid return shipping label OR refund without having you return the item.
  • If they don't do either, you can go back to your Return Request details 4 days after you filed the Request and ask Ebay to step in.

Oh I see– I'm not sure why it wasn't working initially... but NOW I was able to subtle return request. 
We'll see how this goes.

Go to your purchase history and click return item and select, the item doesn't match the description as the reason.
The seller will have 3 days to accept the return and pay return shipping or refund without returning.
If they don't, return to the case on day 4 and ask Ebay to step in.
