Hello All,
How do I reject a return request for an item that was sold on a no return basis yet EBAY still has no option for me other than process the return, give partial payment, or send a message?
Looking for guidance on how to dispute people who simply change their mind or order wrong which has nothing to do with a small independent seller such as I am that only sell a few items per year out of hobby.

It is not mentioned what reason the buyer chose for wanting a return.
Generally, ‘no returns’ is interpreted in the refund process, that the seller doesn’t want the item back.
The Money Back Guarantee says no sale final, a buyer is entitled to a refund if they open a request for a refund.
So, sellers don’t have to accept returns, but they should be prepared for eBay refunding the buyer and that refund will come from the sellers attached checking account.
If you want the item back, you have to pay for the return.
What is the buyer asking for in this situation?
