How to combine shipping when already paid for items separately

If the buyer has already paid for separate shipping per item and you want to combine items, is to issue a partial refund to the buyer after you have shipped them for the difference in shipping cost.

1. Locate the order in Seller Hub. https://www.ebay.com/sh/ord
2. From the dropdown menu, select Send refund.
3. Choose a reason for the refund.
4. Specify a refund amount for the item or for the order.
5. Enter the desired refund amount, and select Send refund.
