How to close case request

Hi guys I want to  close my case on ebay.I tried to do that from ebay purchase but its didn’t work later I texted to ebay support they gave me link for close the request but its can’t be open I don’t what I can some one can help?I just think is server don’t but I trying to close that for 4days…

If you've changed your mind about a case you've opened, cancel your request.

1. Go to your Purchase history and find the item.
2. From the More actions dropdown menu, select See request details and then Close your request.
3. Select your reason for closing the request from the dropdown menu, and add details if you want to.
4. Select Confirm.
