How to claim a refund that was supposedly already sent to me

I did not receive the product and I asked for a refund, supposedly they already gave it to me and I did not receive anything

If you do not see the refund when you check your Purchase History, and you filed the Refund Request/Return Request, you can go back to your request in your purchase history and click on "See  request details" and click on the link to ask Ebay to step in.
