How to change shipping label size in eBay Store?

I purchased a new thermal printer and need to change my label size from a 1/2 page to 4" x 6". I have looked everywhere and even looked on Youtube.com.  Under my 'Shipping Preferences' there isn't a link to 'Change' as they show on the video. Does anyone know how I can do this? Thank you

You should see a similar screen when you go to print your shipping labels.  Click on CHANGE PAPER SIZE to switch to the 4 x 6 size.
