How to change order payment

I Put in a bid for an item and it was accepted only the payment method cannot be used.  I  updated the method but wanted to be sure it was  applied to current  order.

Try checking out manually (look for a Pay Now link in the My eBay: Purchase History entry for that "Order" and/or in the listing) using the good method of payment.  You have 1 hour to chckout manually after an auction win (don't think that applies to offers--bids aren't "accepted" so I'm guessing you mean you made an offer), and I'm guessing the link will be there if the automatic payment falls through.
