I have a buyer who has a PO Box and I need to lift the restriction so he can pay for the item

@vinyl_attic66 These are the steps you need to take so your buyer can make a purchase.
#1 Cancel the sale as problem with buyers address
#2 Go to account settings and remove the block for PO Boxes which is NOT needed unless you are shipping via Fed Ex or UPS. https://www.ebay.com/ship/prf Select the option to apply to all listings. It's safe to ship to PO boxes.
#3 Relist the item. You can use sell similar from the drop down menu next to the item on this page> https://www.ebay.com/sh/ord/?filter=status:ALL_ORDERS Double check that the PO BOXES are no longer blocked before you submit the listing. If it is then reply to this post for more help.
