How to cancel order when when it says that it’s been too long

Seller contacted me and said for me to submit a cancellation request because they were out of the product that I ordered but it keeps saying that it’s been too long for a cancellation

@dcstone00

If the seller said the item is not in stock, THEY are the one that needs to cancel the transaction and issue you a refund.

If they don't do that, you can wait until the estimated date of delivery has passed and file a Refund Request.

Go to your My Ebay page >> Purchase history

  •     Select “More actions” beside your item and then “I didn't receive it.”
  •     Click the box beside I want a refund.
  •     Select Send request.

If the seller does not respond after 3 days, you can ask Ebay to step in to help you.

  •     Find the item in your Purchase History
  •     Select See request details
  •     Select “Ask eBay to step in.”
