Here is the story. I was looking for a specialty battery for a C arm. The site said they had one in stock. Yet after I paid for it, it said I could expect it to arrive March 4th!! This was a little after 10 am. I immediately emailed the seller to confirm they had one in stock or not and asked him to contact me if they could not ship immediately. No answer. So I found someone who could ship by Monday 1/16 and asked to cancel the order. But the site said I couldn't cancel it and I was supposed to contact the seller. I have sent 2 emails asking to cancel the order. But no response it is now 1:15 and this guy refuses to take returns in spite of very misleading ad and not letting you know they could not ship until March. This is a $1350.00 battery. What are my options when the seller refuses to answer why there was a 6 or 7 week delay in an item is supposedly has in stock.

The estimated delivery date was shown in the listing.
A buyer can only ask the seller to cancel the order, but they are not required to cancel.
If they won't cancel, not much you can do but wait for your battery.
