I approved a return on an item I had sold as non-returnable, and sent a shipping label. A couple of days later, the buyer indicated she would like to keep the item, but doesn't know how to cancel the return. My funds are trapped until Dec 1. How can I cancel the return to get my funds sooner? Or where should I tell her to look? Thanks.

Tell the buyer to go to the Return Request in the Resolution Center. There is a cancel button at the lower right.
