Purchased an item. 11 days after purchase, reported as not arrived. Seller shipped item which finally arrived, but eBay processed a refund for the item the day it arrived.
Not fair to the seller to get the item for free. How do I cancel the automated refund before it's actually processed.
Nothing clear on this within the eBay messages and no way to contact eBay directly regarding the actual case.
