How to cancel a cancelation request on a purchase?

I made an appliance part purchase, requested to cancel it (because my handiman told me it was the wrong part), then he told me it was the right part after all. 

I have sent the seller a note to please disregard the cancelation request but have not heard back. I need the part ASAP. Is there another quicker way to cancel the request?
