You would need to go to Help and Contact and request a call back. Be sure to select the correct reason for the call back to help with the call back.

Thank you. It is exactly what I was doing during 30 minutes, but the problem was that there wasn't my reason as option. I was trying to use different reasons, just to get an option "Request a call", but robot just gave me advices what I should do to resolve my problem. 🤦♀️Only after 30 minutes, after 50 advices, I got an option request a call. Well, they call in minute, but.... though I was screaming in my phone as a crazy: Hello... Hello... Hello!!!!!!!!!!!!!, they just hung up and ... sent me email!!! "Sorry, we have called you BUT NOBODY answered." And I have started again, but it is already took only 5 minutes. Actually, after they called second time, I am an woman with "nerves of steel" I started cry. 🙄 I had a problem with some fraud buyer with "0" feedback (I was so stupid, that was trying to be nice to new buyers with "0" feedback, but now they are blocked) , from another countries, who was crazy bidding for my item, 1st time paid, but asked me to cancel it. I did it. Then I block this buyer and relisted my item, but she opened new account with another name, but with same last name and started bidding again for the same item. I needed help to find what reason I should use to cancel purchase and it won't give a bad effect to my account. Well, now I blocked and all buyers with feed back less than "5" and blocked her country and just in case I have blocked another hundred countries. 🤣🤣🤣🤣
