How to calculate shipping for a USPS Priority small mailing tubes

I want to use USPS Priority "small mailing tubes".  They do not show up as a flat rate option on eBay.  How do I calculate shipping using these boxes?  I'm assuming I measure weigh and ship using priority mail. Is this correct?

@westcoastoutpost   Yes you would use calculated Priority shipping but I am not sure if eBay's shipping calculator will automatically add in the non standard dimensions fee.    You might want to compare eBay's shipping calculator with the USPS site.  You may need to add the non standard fee as a handling charge or add it to the item price.   https://www.ebay.com/shp/Calculator  ( change to package rate)

  • Between 22 and 30 inches long: add $4.00
  • More than 30 inches long: add $15.00
  •

See the USPS site for non standard fee surcharge info:

EDIT TO ADD... those are not very strong boxes so if the item being shipped can be damaged by crushing I recommend reinforcing with cardboard inside the tube.
