I didn't have correct shipping charges. Buyer agreed to the new charges. How do I bill him the difference?

Actually we see this a lot with new Sellers who make mistakes on shipping. You have to eat the cost of the mistake regardless of what the Buyer agreed to. You cannot charge more than what was on the listing including the shipping charge.
