How to ask ebay to help

seller did not send return label and there is no option to ask ebay yo help qs it say you need to ship the item back, any recommendations?

If you filed a Return Request, you can ask Ebay to step in to help you:

1. Find the item in your Purchases.
2. Select See return details (if you're trying to return an item).
3. Select Ask eBay to step in and help.
4. Select a reason from the dropdown menu, then select Confirm.
