About 2 hours ago, I purchased an item on EBay. I tried to add an Allstate Extended Warranty to the purchase at checkout. I couldn’t get it to stay on the invoice even though it was offered. After researching the EBay website, i found where it stated I could add the warranty after the purchase was completed. So I completed the purchase without the warranty. I then went about trying to purchase the warranty separately but could not figure out how to do so, even after chatting with an EBay customer service representative. I was told I could not. That I had to either ask the seller to cancel the order and start out all over again, adding the warranty before checkout or contact the seller and ask them to add the warranty.
Can anybody advise/direct me here?
