How to add PayPal to account

eBay is so obtuse now. How do I add PayPal account to my payment methods?

Sellers can no longer receive payments though PayPal.  Buyers can still use it to make payments .

All sellers payments now come through eBay.

Sellers are paid using your checking account.

Make sure the ebay registered name is EXACTLY identical to the name on your checking account, including middle initial or middle name.

Make sure you also register a physical street address, no P.O. Boxes. That can be changed later if needed.
