Customer service is just as much help as always......not. I've been selling for 14 years now and I know they stopped using PayPal a while ago, but for whatever reason my PayPal account is still attached to my account. When I go to pay for stamps, the payment for the stamp is defaulted to PayPal. I've asked eBay's great English challenged customer support for help and they don't know where to go to find where my PayPal account info is, let alone try to change it. Does anyone know where to access my PayPal information to remove it? Please....it's not in my Payment preferences.....I only have my Business Bank account & Business CC there.

There are 2 things you can do. Next label you print, go to the bottom of the label creation page and change 'how to pay' to 'pending payouts' instead of paypal.
In paypal, remove the authorization for charges from eBay. Go to account settings >> money banks and cards >> automatic payments >> manage automatic payments. You probably have a few for eBay if you paid your fees that way in the past. Select one, then click cancel. Do that for each.

Thank you. I just got off the phone with a supervisor and he basically said the same thing. I asked him why my PayPal account didn't show anywhere in my Payment Preferences, yet they're using that account and he didn't have an answer. I don't like having my PayPal info on eBay because the people printing stamps for my business may not know and/or remember to make sure to select "Your Funds". I would really like to have it removed completely as an option.

One you select pending payouts, it stays that way until you go back and select paypal - you don't have to change it every time.
Disabling automatic payments in paypal will keep any charges from sneaking through, if someone did change it back.
I think the only place your paypal address is store now is within the label printing - I know of no external access.
