How to Handle a Return the Buyer Called Defective When It Isn't

I have a buyer who purchased a clothing item and immediately requested a return.  No issue there, but they called this item defective, when in fact it isn't, but rather it was a personal choice in the style of item purchased.  Is this a strike against my account?  Do I need to request the wording be changed?  Do I just process the refund without further delay.  Thank you for your advice in advance.

I would recommend just processing the return.  At most, your Seller Service Metrics may take a small hit if they marked it as Item Not As Described, but that's not something you need to worry about unless your percentage of such cases is already high.   You can check that here: https://www.ebay.com/sh/performance/service-metrics
