How does anybody get real help at eBay thise days?  I can't find a way past the robot

To contact eBay, use the chat assistant to request a call back by starting on the Help & Contact page and following the links for your issue.

What options you see may depend on your particular issue and how busy that department is at the moment.

Try entering "agent" into the chat window. You may have to provide some context to reach the correct department. If you see a "Still need help?" or "More options" choice, either of those should lead to a call back option.

Truly thanks, but did ALL those before I came here.  Multiple times.

a)  They no longer care, is the bottom line. 

b)  They're not smart enough to think of every situation that could come up and make a way to actually address it, is the surface problem.

c) They don't want to pay agents, is the bottom line.

At the moment I am seeing a one minute call back time using the direct link provided, so apparently there are some agents available.
