How the **bleep** can you get any help from Ebay ???

Ebay customer service has literally disappeared and become nonexistent. I need help with a payment I made through their piece of **bleep** app that appears to have gone through yet the item is still in my cart and now there's no way to find out if the payment worked or not and there's 

NO **bleep** HELP FROM EBAY TO FIND OUT WHAT THE **bleep** HAPPENED!!! These douchebags are totally **bleep** useless!!
