Buyers can still pay pay using PayPal but all sellers payments go through ebays payment system.

A seller telling you to pay directly to his/her PayPal account, or a buyer wanting the seller's PayPal (email) address to send a payment,  is up to no good.

Any buyer offering to pay thru Paypal is a scam and should be avoided.

 

Just file the unpaid item after 4 full days have passed.
