How does eBay let COMC get away with it??

Received 3 email messages from COMC, concerning the shipping of 3 items I JUST won, during the last 7 days.  This is what they stated, concerning my items, already PAID FOR....

"Thank you for your purchase. Your order is being packaged with an expected shipping date of 6/16/2021."

"Thank you for your purchase. Your order is being packaged with an expected shipping date of 7/19/2021."

"Thank you for your purchase. Your order is being packaged with an expected shipping date of 8/2/2021."

They are allowed to ship an item 1 to 3 months after purchase????  I guess being a big company allows COMC to do whatever the HELL they want, and eBay turns a blind eye. 

Makes me sick, to the point of telling eBay to F*** OFF!
