How do you shut off Promoted Listing"?

Feebay has again stolen more moneies from my account by charging me for "promoted Listings", a feature I never asked for, unknowingly turned on or was unaware I had to turn off (and still don't know how to do that). I never wanted this feature and did not knowingly click on it when placing me ads. It is quickly eating all my profit. Someone PLEASE tell me how to shut it off. Thanks, Guitartec

I only use promoted listing standard depending on the item.  Using a computer, and the advanced/business listing form, the area is at the bottom.  Here is a screen shot from one of my listings:

To turn OFF promoted listing, I would EDIT/Revise the listing and move the toggle to the left.  Using promoted listing standard, if someone clicks on the listing, and then purchases within 30 days of clicking, ebay will charge your account for it.
