How do you edit shipping prices in bulk?

I have 4000 listings and I need to change my shipping rates. How can I do that in bulk? I don't see that option in the bulk area.

In the edit field selection you should see 'domestic shipping'.  After selecting your items on the bulk edit page, then selecting domestic shipping, you should be able to select your shipping service and enter the new rate.
