How do i know if a return label was made

Not seeing confirmation of a shipping label

If a buyer sends a returns request, and you approve, a prepaid shipping label will be sent to the buyer to print out.  It's been a very long time since I had a return, but I believe  the seller receives an email once the return label has been scanned.
