How do I talk to a live person at ebay

I have been trying for more than two years to get my money back from ebay. They charged my credit card and never received the item. I have written to them and talked to someone on the phone but need to talk with them as nothing has happened to resolve my case.

You have waited too long to get any help from eBay, and you have most likely waited too long to get help from your credit card issuer as well.

eBay has a money back guarantee that can be used within thirty days of receipt or the last estimated delivery date.

Many credit cards offer up to six months of protection from the date of purchase. After that time has elapsed, you have few options. Check with your card issuer to see if there is any recourse at this late date.
