How do I send an email to eBay customer service?

I want to send several photos to eBay customer service showing how much eBay said I would have to pay for shipping trading cards, 53 cents, and then what they actually charged me $3.83.

Ebay Customer Service is not able to be contacted by email.

You can select the option to have Ebay Customer Service call you or chat from the left hand side of the screen on this linked page:

In order to be charged the .53 cents for ebay's standard envelope, did you select custom packaging, and then selected standard envelope, making sure that one of the dimensions was 0" ?  If you did not, but selected first class PACKAGE, that is why you were charged $3.83.  If you have not shipped yet, you can VOID that label by going to 

Seller Hub > Orders > Shipping labels

You will be credited in 2-3 weeks when the USPS has confirmed that the label was never used.

Now select to Print another label, and make the necessary changes.
