I bought a flag and got an email that it was delivered on July 8. I never received it and notified the seller and eBay. I left a negative review. Subsequently, the seller sent another flag to someone who does NOT live at this address. The address on the label was nonexistent, but arrived at noon July 10.
The seller asked that I remove negative feedback. How do I do that?
