How do I report technical issues with the site?

I tried the "contact" links and I can only ever get ahold of a stupid bot that leads me to dead ends, never a real person or real solutions. 

Here is an example of how stupid and useless the chat bot is.

Here is the issue. 

There seems to be a glitch in the algorithms when updating an existing listing to add new photos. The glitch is that if I add one new photo, previous photos duplicate in the listing as well. This is annoying and repeat problem. I imagine it confuses customers as well. Is there a way to address this? I like to add new photos the last day of the auction to show new growth on plants I am selling because they grow fast. Here is a listing with an example of what I am talking about. Originally there were 6 photos, I added one, but the first five were duplicated along with it. This happens every time, with every listing I update.

You may be better off asking your question on the Selling board to get suggestions from experienced sellers to see if there are workarounds you can use.

May eBay pages have "Tell us what you think" link to alert page developers to issues with a page or feature. If you are using the eBay app, you may be able to report an issue by shaking your phone while the app is active.

To contact eBay, use the chat assistant to request a chat with an agent or a call back by starting on the Help & Contact page and following the links for your issue.

What options you see may depend on your particular issue and how busy that department is at the moment.

Try entering "agent" into the chat window. You may have to provide some context to reach the correct department. If you see a "Still need help?" or "More options" choice, either of those should lead to a call back option.
