How do I remove credit cards eBay has on file?

Can anyone provide step-by-step instructions on how to go into ones account and remove the credit cards eBay has saved and are on file?

Go here >> https://ppcapp.ebay.com/myppc/wallet/list

Click on "delete" below the cards you do not want used on Ebay.

It must be different on a computer, I don't have a laptop/computer In using the eBay app on my Android. 

I searched under all of the different areas of my account, and no luck, if I could locate "my wallet" I think I would be in luck.

Can't you use a browser on your phone to access the Ebay website on your phone instead of the app?

Yea I found it! It was in the "Payments" area, it's just REALLY tricky to find the right area and when you do you don't even realize you're in the right area if you don't look, all, the, way, down, and see at the very bottom, in small print payment methods...
