How do I pay for a shipping label with paypal or my bank account?

Go to

Seller Hub > Orders > Awaiting shipment

Select all of them and then click on SHIPPING at the top > Print labels & packing slips.  Make any adjustments to weight/size.  Scroll to the bottom and you can select how to pay for the labels.
