Shipping to Eastern Bloc Countries

All,

I'm auctioning an item and recently received a bid from an eastern bloc region to which I'm not comfortable shipping.  The description in the shipping section of the post does read "Shipping To:  United States".  This means I don't need to accept the current bid, correct?  Is there a way I can block future bids from countries to which I don't wish to ship?

There are much more countries you can exclude than you already did.

Go to https://www.ebay.com/ship/prf/excludeRegions

When you're ready, you can tick the box "Also apply to current listings".

I doubt if it applies though when there is already a bid.
