How do I leave feedback there’s no button,it’s not in more actions

This is for one particular purchase.  Other purchases all have a "leave feedback" button.  No, I did not already leave feedback for this item - it just arrived 3 days ago and I just installed it.  Very strange.  member since 1998 so not a newbie.

No, it does not appear in the feedback area (link you offered).  Also, seller is still active.  This is a quirk of eBay.  It's not something I'm overlooking.  This ONE PARTICULAR purchase simply does not have a "leave feedback" option.  Thanks for your reply.
