This was a quick two payments of three items in one order, and two items in the second purchase, a couple moments apart. The seller paid completely for all five items with full postage on each. I would like to issue a partial refund for her wonderful business and in all fairness. How do you issue a partial refund for postage in shipping using the Ebay checkout?
Many thanks for your help! I am not the most computer savvy, but want to learn how to issue this. My buyer has not complained but it is only fair to do.
